Buying a Home

Interest rates are at its lowest level since most can remember. In fact in the early 1980’s when Jimmy Carter was president, Jay was selling homes when interest rates were 22-25%.  Jay remember's explaining to a young couple purchasing a home for $30,000.00 that if they pay this home off in 30 years they will pay more than $120,000.00 for this home!

  1.  30% of new buyers desire to own rather than rent, so they can have a home and do what they want with it.

  2. 87% of buyers are now using realtors. Transactions have become more difficult, and the legal consequences of your actions keep getting louder and louder.

  3. 85% of buyers are happy with the service they received, and would recommend their agent to friends and relatives.

  4. FSBO’s are almost a thing in the past. FSBO sales are the lowest they have been since records have been kept.
